This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on furryfriendlabs.com, the online store of Furry Friend Labs, operated by Nuve Media Agency LLC.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99, FREE on orders over $60
  • Express Shipping: $8.99

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated delivery time

  • Processing (handling) time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard transit time after shipment: 8–14 business days
  • Express transit time after shipment: [X–X] business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier performance. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived 3 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If a carrier marks a parcel as delivered and you cannot find it, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, email info@furryfriendlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Delays, losses or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping costs.
